I've discovered the reason why Maple keeps going extremely slow now.

It's clearly not helping Nexon's servers. Also, didn't you hear? Meddling with the servers is against the ToS, you are no longer legit.

I don't see how legitimacy is involved in this, but okay.

A) Why reinvent the wheel
B) His is down at the moment, and I wouldn't link to it in the first place because it'd be advertising someone who's effectively ripping me off
C) MapleStory has almost 300 servers, what's going to stress those servers out more? Everyone checking a single site that pre-checks all those servers at a fixed interval, or a few people here and there each checking 20 different sites that are all checking those 300 servers constantly?

Fair enough. If that's what causing these servers crashes, then I'm fine with whatever we need to do to stop this plague from spreading further.
