Does the elemental boost from elemental wands/staffs still work?

Are they still glitched to where 1/2/5/6 give 10% Fire/5% Poison and 3/4/7/8 give 10% Ice/5% Lightning? Assuming so lol.

Yes, its been that way for around a year now.

Pretty much given up on posting about it in the nexon glitch report forum.
