Something's not right there. Guessing that they just don't want to make more/ as much filler episodes because plenty of people skip those either way. They'll probably wait half a year and come back with new episodes.
The could probably finish the arc in 4 episodes if they don't bulls'hit around with flashbacks and other pomegranate.
