The bonus damage from thrash is additive with boss and total damage. So instead of 380 x (1 + 1.5 + 0.18 + 0.25) = 1113.4% you expect to be doing, you're actually doing 100 x (1 + 2.8 + 1.5 + 0.18 + 0.25) = 573%, where 0.25 is from focused fury.
