Why the Secret Spell Scroll system would have never worked.

Well, they're not buying out the FM like in that infamous meso exploit that got innocent people tradeblocked for months.
I suppose they're selling the meso to goldfarming sites for real $, or something like that.

The days of hackers abusing the game for the benefit of their characters are pretty much over, most of the exploits now are created by people that use them to make real money. I guess that's why there's so much interest in hacking now, after people have seen how badly Nexon deals with this sort of stuff they see it as a way of earning a bit of cash. Frustratingly it seems to work quite a lot of the time.
