Why the Secret Spell Scroll system would have never worked.

I mean, I've seen them "rollback" for currency issues far more minor than this. What gives?

Well as far as i am aware they have yet to make any statement about it. Since you can't MTS them now they are obviously aware. Perhaps they are planning something, who knows. Nexon are never quick of the mark unless it is something involving the cash shop.
