For some reason, I can't buy it in the Cash Shop. It tells me to choose one of the three payment options or something around those lines, yet I can't. No way I can complete the quest this way. :| Anyone else having problems with it?

Wait... should I have put this in the Cash Shop forum? I just noticed it. >__> (Apologies, I haven't been here for a while.)
