Well thats good, Bills should be forbidden to have such instigating names like that because it will just create prejudice with the rest of the people that read the ti
tle, specially the ordinary people that dont get a chance or simply doesnt bother to read the content of the bill.

This. They should make the bill title clear enough that people who don't read it know what the bill is doing in the broad spectrum.
Obviously PIPA isnt just stepping in to child pornography. It's doing a lot more, and that should be made more clear.
No idea how they would do that though.
