I doubt you would be as fast as FJ with Combat step, in a normal training situation. There's the tehnique to jump rright after Combat STep, but yes, I have tested it and it isn't either handy or as fast as FJ. I've played Arans since the release.

And mobility isn't just about moving forward. FJ skills let you jump higher as well. Arans don't have a skill that would increase speed either. And don't forget arans also attack relatively slow. Aran is only mobile off a cliff or at el nath. I mean come on. If you get ksed when you're on Aran, you will know what I mean.

The problem here is that you keep comparing Aran to warriors. When a class is slower than 90% of the classes its safe to say its "slow"
