- How do you get them? I heard it's an easy event so what is required and how farmable are they. Also, is there any other way to obtain them

It's not an event per se, it's more like... prizes for participating in events. GMS has the Event Calendar already right? Well in some patch, they added in the Event Card system. And participating in certain events (Nexon-chosen) gives you Event Stamps. Now, there are a bunch of mystery prizes on the Event Card and you have to get that many Event Stamps to get the prize. The first prize (3 Stamps) was the Positive Chaos Scroll.

Some of them are easy to get (e.g. get a Golden Pig Belt from the Golden Pig which spawns in random maps), others were very tedious (e.g. Haunted Mansion PQ until you get the Masked Gentleman's Hat, which literally took over 50 PQs for some people).
