ME: IDENTIFICATION COSTS MONEY BRUH
YOU: STATE ID'S ARE FREE
ME: NOT THEY ARE NOT.
YOU: LOL IM REFUSING TO LET YOU SAY NEW YORK CHARGES SO HOW DARE WISCONSIN
ME: ????
If you'd read the link I just posted, you'd see what a fool you were making of yourself. Wisconsin offers a free voter ID card. New York didn't pass a new voter ID law this year, as far as I know, so I don't give a damn how much it costs for an ID there.
And even if one state screwed up and effectively instituted a poll tax, it'll get struck down probably before the election. The entire "narrative" about "all these laws" you folks were spouting can be summed up exactly as I put it: how dare they prevent voter fraud that benefits my candidate of choice. The vast majority (if not all) of these laws are constitutional, and moreover the baseline common sense requirements you need to run a fair election.
