...Wow you're thick, but I can continue to kick you down if necessary. State Id's that this is applicable too do cost money. Specifically in this thread, a NY ID is 10-14$ depending on a 5/8/9 year. You're saying there is no "poll tax" but it's in every goddam DMV website that I can see.
