Restricting democracy: Republicans trying to prevent college-age students from voting

So... what are you objecting to? Wisconsin was already one that gave free state IDs (I think that's what the non-drivers DMV issued ID is)

What is the undue burden that makes anyone call this "restricting democracy"?
