So ive been hunting Master death teddies since i was lvl 114 for the Angelic Bless recipie. I am now lvl 124(I stayed there all 10 lvls) and still no recipe drop 
. Some alliance members tell me the drop rate decreases if im stronger than the death teddies, Is this true?
Tips on getting the ABR Recipe?
I am currently there on my Mercedes, My Shad however has had no problem getting these in the past(Before Cannoneers)
