haha no. well kinda. One of the congressmen in the committee meeting was essentially saying it though. They apparently defined "nerds" as people who can use the internets, so this on congressman, who doesn't know how to internet, basically is supporting the bill because he doesn't know the extent of the internet and pirating an stealing stuff is just wrong.

It was one more of my sarcastic remarks that I tend to write on this forums, but I bet you he isn't the only one who is thinking similarly.

Ok that would make sense, most politicians avoid getting too deep by doing some pretty wording.
