Changing e-mail through fax form - does it still work?
#1
I've been inactive for a very long time now. Wanted to come back to check things out but ran into a few problems right away.

After all that time I don't really remember the password I used for my Maple account. Ofcourse a password reset would usually do the trick but here's where my 2nd problem comes in. I don't have access to the registered e-mail address anymore so I can't receive the verification mail. Guessing the password will be useless as well since my account is probably locked because it's been inactive for so long. And I'd still have to change the e-mail address anyway.

Already contacted Nexon the last time I was active to change it, and I got a form from them that I could fax together with a copy of my ID. Wasn't able to do so at the time and I left again after a few days so I never got to fax it. But now I'm back again I really want to change my e-mail address since I have no access at all to my account right now.

So my question now, does the fax form still work? I've already sent it, and the number definately still works but I just want to know if I can actually expect my e-mail getting changed with it. If not, is there any other way to get access to my account again? It's weird you can't even contact Nexon's customer support without having access to the account..
