KMST 1.2.412 - More skill changes

Arans and Heroes can't fly, jump up to the next platform, teleport across the map, or flash jump (not sure if Demon Slayers can either, but their trailer seems to show it).

And they don't need to fly in ZAK HT PB Empress , the rush is enough for them at this part.
And i doubt they need to fly at lhc or monster park.

The only benefit of fly as at low lvls where people fight over maps and ks and you can hit 110 in 2 days if you want and never be in these maps.
