Well, Buccs gained some DPS, cool, yeah. We also:
-Lost our HP drain skill
-Lost our hiding skill (barrel)
-Lost our brawling skills, being replaced by more ranged skills, summons, and some weird tornado (whut) and a laz0r that are basically cannoneer skill copies
-Lost transformation, which isn't really bad itself, but got a stupified remedy in exchange for it (summons + mount, whut)
-The energy aura looks like a retarded maple leaf that was aborted by Goku's pimento
But I guess we have decent DPS now, which is all that matters in Maple Story.
