One of my friend's got hacked on the 3rd apparently. I had just talked him into coming back to play, since world transfers were back, and he was fine with that, but upon logging in found all of his gear and mesos stripped from his characters. There was no password reset, no password reset request on his email, absolutely no sign of forced entry into his account whatsoever. He hadn't even logged in for the past 5? 6? months. He also had 30k NX siphoned from his account via mts - a single arrow for bows.
I feel like punching someone. He's sent a ticket, no reply from Nexon yet. Not that I expect those worthless sacks of pomegranate to DO anything about it. Sad how these players can spend hundreds, thousands of dollars on this game, and Nexon just gives them the middle finger for it when something happens that's entirely NEXON'S fault.
