What part of "they only steal a specific predetermined skill" do you not get? They most likely won't steal buffs. Only attacks. And there isn't a gun yet, so we only assume he steals from classes that use the weapons that are in the data.

in the video, he gets a card when he crits. when he receives 40 cards he is able to get A RANDOM BUFF from other classes (hence the 3 dice from pirate). what im talking about is that siege mode gets 100% crit, 6 attack a time. combining that attack with the 40 cards mechanic = not hard for phantom to get all classes' buffs

Phantom uses something called the Card Stack, and every critical attack recovers cards! When the Card Stack is full, you can use the skill Judgement, which consumes all the cards in the stack and chooses a random card and gives you a buff that corresponds to that card!

so i assumed the 40 cards are 40 buffs from all jobs
