MapleStory: Justice! (Prediction)

My guess is that they can only steal one skill at once.

Also from only one character at once. It probably uses the mechanic of that yellow circle blacking out the screen and selecting a character on the map. Meaning it isn't random...which is pretty bad for balance imo.
