So Americans do actually understand why the rest of the world thinks they're retarded, right?

They shouldn't, everyone know Cain* was a joke, he had no experience or logical stand point on any foreign policy, and his only redeeming quality, claiming that a flat tax would make everything much more simple therefore more efficient, was nothing more than a further benefit for the rich and would have continued to kick down the ones on/under the poverty line.
