math help with dex-requiring equips.

ok, as you said, with exactly +7 more dex, i was able to equip it (bought a +8 pot earring, and used a scroll on it for +10, and it replaced my +3 rex)

and the minimum dex i can reach after having everything is 178, if i get under that, everything falls apart, and i mean EVERYTHING.
