This is just baffling

Let me see If i understand you guys. Luxeraph's point is that If the KSSN was totally infallible then there wouldn't exist hackers at all, but since there are still hackers in KMS, there must be a way them and foreign players can get around generating fake KSSN numbers. But I do see the other point on that the KSSN is a layer strong enough to discourage most players from even thinking about hacking and there are barely any real hackers in KMS.

From my understanding KMS just has botters, which really isn't hacking and I'm assuming aren't as easy to regulate.
