My favorite? Majora's Mask! I hated all of the other ones, seriously. I find it really boring to play through most of them... I'm not an avid Zelda fan, but I loved Majora's Mask because you had the ability to rewind time, wear masks, and go around the town doing quests/adventures and FIGURING out things. Like the one story with the masked-kid and the girl that was at the Inn. How were they connected, etc. I loved doing those minor-quests, I thought it was fun.
I enjoyed OoT more coz the dungeons and bosses are more challenging than in Majoras mask but yes as you pointed out, Majoras Mask dungeons and bosses are repeatable. I HATED the Kafei and Anju sidequest, it's like so friggen annoying and hard without a walkthrough. Half the time, I don't even know what I'm doing and I failed miserably on the quest once (The Sakons hideout one). Ocarina of time dungeon and bosses are more challenging than the ones in Majoras Mask and it's bigger making it even mroe fun. The only real challenge in Majoras Mask is the Stone Tower Temple (with exception to the boss which is ridiculously easy) and the Great Bay Temple Boss Gyorg (one of the hardest bosses I've ever fought out of all the zelda games).
A Link to the Past wasn't hard either, most of the bosses are dead easy (except for the Moth boss in Skull Woods and Ganon). The Minish Cap bosses are simply pathetic, all of them are too easy (even the final boss Vaati was a joke).
