I used to believe god was simply dead and everything in life was truly random, giving a good cushion for horrible things to happen, but there is only so far one can take "random" before it becomes "calculated". Hey, hopefully I'm wrong, but it's always smart to expect the worst to happen, that way you will never be surprised when it does.
