Nope, although 1 trillion is a lot that doesn't mean by any means that China's wealth is the USA, they trade with almost every country in the world also what I meant is that current economic agreements mean pomegranate when in a war and more if you plan to take over the country which you had said agreements plus back in WWII almost everyone stopped trades which made foreing money pretty much worthless (unless of course is with your allies and they have something beside money to give you) and thats why the US is the one that got out of it the best (had both things needed, iron and oil).
