At the end of 1998, the US, USSR/Russia, France, the UK, China, India and Pakistan all had detonated at least one nuclear device. Here's a 14-minute video of the detonations between 1945 and 1998 of those countries. (skip to 13:40 or so if you just want to see the results, and not every individual one)
