Internet slow as pomegranate

[COLOR="Indigo"]If you're closing in on the end of your billing cycle, there's a slight possibility that your family has hit the bandwidth cap (the amount of data you're allowed to download) and that's why things are so slow.

Most billing cycles start at the beginning of a month, which is why I bring that up. Not sure how bandwidth caps work with a cable network, since we have DSL through AT&T. Usually that cap is fairly high, even for the inexpensive plans, and most folks don't have to worry about reaching it. I think my family hit it once or twice in the three years we've lived here.

As others mentioned, try restarting your modem and router and, if possible, connect one computer to the modem and test the connection.
