I'm a doctor as I mentioned above so I can tell I might be getting a cavity in a few years in one of my teeth. I looked in the mirror and it's SLIGHTLY softer than the opposite and when inspecting with my tongue, it feels like it's more in, like a cavity. But it doesn't have that trademark black hole most cavities have so I'm safe for a bit. Going to dentist next next Saturday in fact.

I take very good care of my teeth. I visit my dentist regularly and I brush and floss so I will eat whatever the hell I want to eat! ^_^
