Exactly, it just makes the pre 3rd job levels faster but the main idea of this is to allow non leechers to leech when they party with eachother.
Example: level 90 and 82 grinds at lvl 93 mobs, level 82 cant leech obviously but now he can. But the fact that the kill exp isnt reduced at all seems a little odd to me, imagine lvl 110-120 at lhc with that..

not really that useful i believe, it's only 110~115, then the system breaks, but i swear, i ain't training another nub EVER, my friends will do it for me now.
