Doesn't matter. In fact, children that create pornography of THEMSELVES and distribute it, even unknowingly, can and are still charged with distribution of CP. EVEN WHEN IT IS OF THEMSELVES, usually alone in many of the cases, at that. The only real reason it is so bad is because it causes permanent mental/physical damage to the child, and they use that in the cases...and it usually WORKS. AGAINST THE CHILD IN QUESTION. I'm sorry, but that's just another example of how absolutely useless our system is.
