So, as far as Nexon is concerned, it's all over. All that remains is to decide whether to give these people 10k Maple Points or keep their tickets open for a couple years with the false hope of restoring their actual items.

We don't have the most amazing security like some top secret project but we follow industry standards. Passwords are not saved on our severs and login information is encrypted and passed through HTTPS.
