The lawyer Sandro Luiz Fernandes was arrested in September 30th after his 18 years old accused him of abusing her for many years.
She said to the police that it started when she was 10. When she was 11, she told her mother, Fernanda Fernandes about it, she said she "Would talk to him about the subject".
Nothing was done, when she was 15, she talked once again to her mother, but she just said for her to forgive her father, and done absolutely nothing about it.
She said that she promised to herself, that once she becomes 18, goes to college and gets free from her family, that she would denounce him.
But it wasn't the only reason she had to do it, some time before accusing him, she found out that her aunt, that is also 18, and her 13 years old cousin were also abused.
When interviewed about it, with the image blurried, "I had so much anger, and was heavily disgusted with myself for not being able to stop it, for having to wait so much to spread it, and make my father pay for what he has done, he destroyed my life, forever. Because there isn't a single day that i wake up, and don't remember what happened in those 8 years. I just couldn't take it anymore, and i wanted to prevent more people to be hurt by him" she said.
What she didn't know, was something that shocked everyone in this investigation. There was a fourth personthat was abused by him, his 9 years old son told the police that he has been abusing him for some time already. His sister was completely desolated when she heard about it, because she had no idea that the incident could be repeated with her little brother.
Her father and his wife were about to get into the plane for a trip in Europe, but before leaving, he abused his son once again. Both were caught, and are now in protective custody.
And there's something that makes it even worse. Sandro was an important member of the Human Rights' Committee on the Lawyer's Organization. Both are now being heard in the precinct, him, for the incident, and her, for being completely complacent about all the situation, that happened inside her own house.

Seriously, it's pretty damn ironic that the guy was a member of the Human Rights comission, and actually broke many of those. I can't even know who's the biggest worthless idiot, if it's the father for doing such an horrific thing, or if it's the stupid mother that even knowing about it, just asked their daughter to forgive him and not care.
Makes me ask myself about why they can't pineappleing implement death penalty in this damn country, because as the specialist said, there's no cure for it, he's a sick person, that needs to be isolated, because once he's free, he'll do it again.
