Just test it what runs best:
In Windows:
- Use the most simple improvements
--> 16x anisotropic filtering (hardly impacts fps these days).
--> 16x CSAA (not 16x QCSAA) which is a new technique by nvidia and hardly impacts on fps.
--> Rest of driver settings on performance and enable all optimizations.
In Game:
- Always use your native screen resolution -> Rest of in-game on lowest quality possible
--> Test it, if it runs ok (30fps+) then try a little higher settings, step by step, also only use settings you really want.
