If you consider the number of employees they have who are actually capable of fixing (or even working on) the game(s) vs the number of employees they have overall have you stopped to consider that maybe the majority of their own employees are likely just as frustrated as the rest of the community are at the people who could/should actually be doing the fixes and this is their way of empathizing?
