If anything, colleges should look at the financial backing over race if they want to recruit the "hard working, not-so-educated" people. low financial incomes essentially makes the "Ghetto" lower class anyway. Give anyone the same funding and they can probably grow up just as well off as anyone else (or as poor as anyone else).

Although this is true, I think there's a pride issue too. During tax time, when were giving out a specific county credit, which a large asian population does live in, or near of, we get a lot of calls concerning it. Yeah no sh`it right? They want their money! No my friend, they call us, sometimes crying, how they don't want the money, and they consider it pity money.
