I hardly believe I could take advantage of it. We have world known Universities. I'm not talking about my pride, but of my fear as a country like the United States could do that.
With what I just read, your goverment branded my country of "underachiever". We are not United States happy garden.
The only problem we have is a goverment that does as they please, without listening to the peoples complaints.
My only reason of going to the United States would be to visit friends from maple / visiting disney world.
And I'm not denying myself of living a better life. I have more chances of getting a good house, a family, a good income, etc. here, than in a place where I am the "minority" and I should probably fear.
