I can see why people would buy these things (perceived complete lack of punishment by Nexon) but the fact is if you own an item that can't be gained legitimately you're putting your account in danger of permaban, and it's entirely your own fault for letting greed overtake caution. Plus, when there's no possible way to gain an item legitimately, you are by definition illegitimate. It doesn't matter if you hacked the item yourself or bought it from someone who did, your character is enabling hackers to run the economy, and giving them an incentive to do it by rewarding them for their cheating.

27att vss shouldn't exist. I'm sure you would have to buy every 10% shoe att in the whole game (before duping) to even have a chance at that.
Anyway back on topic sorta: It's prolly for the duping not enhance hacked equips. Though they would most likely fit into the same category.
