And that's my point, speed equipment everywhere. You only need 30 speed to cap it now, instead of 40, because yes, you get 20 more to cap, but 30 more speed to enjoy as a passive too. Right now, on my Night Lord, I apparently have 23 speed, without even wanting to. If you added that 30, I'd have 153, 7 left to cap it, and 13 more than anyone else can.
Haste is a thing of the past for archers.
