I understand that perfectly well you simply want what you paid for, but the system is currently incapable of processing these transfers, manually or automatically. The new system won't be able to process these old requests either so that's why we will be refunding the cost of the items to those still waiting. From what I've heard the new system is sounding pretty nice. You may not even have to wait as long.
I'm very sorry we cannot complete this request.
