I wonder what they are going to do when they are finally willing to admit they messed up. A mass rollback at this point would simply be absurd, so I seriously doubt that. And I also doubt NEXON has the technology or common sense or time or manpower (seeing as, from all evidence I've seen, their customer service is run by a single 700 year old foreigner) to do rollbacks just for those effected on request. Though, that would be difficult even if they had a competent support team if they were only using their current system, I would think.
