Yup. This is is the only thing I'm interested in. I've always wondered what would happen when someone had enough buffs to reach the other side of the screen. I was expecting Nexon to be lazy and just let the row go to the other side and continue off the screen or something.

As for that 300k range, I've already realized that NX can make people deal far more damage than should be acceptable in any proper game. I honestly can't see the appeal of having such a massive damage range, since the game is hardly challenging once a player has a range of 15-20k. I guess a 300k range could be used to try and solo Chaos Horntail, and the Empress, but I don't see the appeal of that either since high end bosses aren't really challenging so much as just annoying with their status effects, 1/1s, and full-map nukes.

How many buffs do you exactly need to get a second row?
I feel like trying this out now on my DrK since DrK's already have alot of buffs on its own.
Without any party buffs I already have 14 buffs. (no potions)
