It really, really worked me out to the extreme. I mean running around with 60 pounds is pretty tough, but it sure helps.
Try to find one at a sports store near you, it'll help.
Well, depends. I might think about it, I want to see how it'll help me though. Because that's something that seems more fit for a Karate class or for Marathon-runners than for fitness. xP For the legs, I can understand. Same for wrists.
Currently, I am doing plenty of ab-workouts, heh. As for those who suggested me to eat plenty of meat, I already do that. Here's the thing, I have an overly high metabolism, regardless of how much I eat, I rarely gain any pounds. =/ It's been this way since.. I was young, currently around 117 lbs.
