Three advantages of STR bandits are that

1. They have Faster speed daggers
2. They have a higher base damage rage resulting in more "stable" damage
3. Khanjars, and dragon khanjars (In fact I kno someone with a 28 atk dragon khanjar oO godly)

I guess it really depends on if you're able to get a STR dagger that is better than your blood dagger, and able to get your hands on a khanjar/dragon khanjar.
