Neinheart is essentially the commander of the biggest army in the Maple World. The Chief Knights report to him. Yes, Empress Cygnus is technically his superior and holds final authority, but almost never uses that power (save in a few cases, incl. Mercedes). He has to have done something to warrant being one of the most powerful people in the world.
Apparently, his full name is actually Neinheart Von Rubistein, which suggests that he might have known Von Leon before they went to opposite sides.
Also, apparently a baritone.
Name means No heart, but in MSEA, is known as Nineheart, which may suggest some association with the Nine Spirit's Egg.
Kimicat, you seem to have done a LOT of stuff about Neinheart.
