They're nice promos, but one conflict with the animations that prevents me from taking them in as canon is Aran. Aran is stated in game by Freud and Maha to be a "he", even when you play as a female Aran.

Now, thanks to Demon Slayer's promos, I can just say that the animators like female characters more so than males. Female Demon Slayer has no art, yet she got a PV when male Mercedes did not... Strikes me as a little biased if I am honest.
now, for the Mercedes promo dialogue, I have a roughly translated version that a friend handed to me. feel free to read it and decide if it's Evan of Freud for yourself.
personally, I'm gonna stick with it being Freud, which once again brings up the topic of why did they (the animation crew) make him look exactly like Evan when his in game sprite at least sports obviously lighter hair.
personally, i am looking forward to whatever they got comin story wise for the heroes... COME AT ME BRO.
