How is becoming a cat stealing Sailor Moon plots?

Sailor Moon has a talking cat (or two).
I was more mocking the way that people like to knee-jerk that Maplestory steals plot ideas that were hardly original in the first place.

It'd be sick if the Black Mage just decided to kick everyone out of temple of time and shut them out, turning it into his base.

That'd be hard to adapt/move everything already existant inside the temple but... you gotta admit it'd be awesome.

Define "Temple of Time".
