Are Witch's Deep purple belt worth anything these days?

thanks for the reply guys. Do you guys know whether i should put a potential scroll on it, how much more would it go for vs. unpotentialed? I mean i could use a 90% pot scroll on it, if the marginal benefit is worth it. will it go for much more?
