It seems having iPhone or iPad is more of a part of "trendy" ensemble, than actually a smart phone. It's not the fact that iPhone is a bad phone. It's actually quite nice compared to some others, but the thing is... Apple products are NOT WORTH THE PRICE.
Funny because of the huge lawsuit where Microsoft used a large portion of the apple GUI, such as the drop down menus. The only thing that saved Microsoft was that they changed the ideas just enough to avoid losing the lawsuit.
Also, speed wise, the computers are generally placed Linux > Mac > PC. PCs are packed with so many useless programs, have a tendency to crash, are prone to viruses... I have never gotten a virus on a mac. The only benefit to having a PC is compatibility with much more programs than Mac, such as Maplestory. Having owned 8 PCs and 4 Macs, and gotten viruses on 6 of the 8 PCs from low browse MMOs and torrent sites that I have gotten none from on my Mac, and the fact that after spending 500$ more on a PC and comparing the speeds of the two computers and the Mac still runs faster, I have to side with Apple computers on this one.
But in all seriousness, I prefer CrunchBang Linux over both systems, so there is hardly a point to argue.
